What will the Sr. Data & Business Analyst do?

  • Lead cross-functional data projects to uncover insights for strategic business decisions
  • Build and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Ensure data accuracy, validate data streams, and optimize data processes
  • Translate financial data into actionable business insights for leadership
  • Support migration and optimization of legacy systems

    • What the company needs in a Sr. Data & Business Analyst

  • Strong SQL (required) and Python (preferred) skills
  • Experience with data modeling, dashboards, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Financial data analysis and reporting expertise
  • Ability to synthesize complex datasets and present insights to senior leadership
  • Previous experience working in environments with older systems and data migrations is a plus
