About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key partner in aligning sales strategy with operational execution, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between numbers and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned accounts.
Translate sales trends and growth plans into SKU-level inventory forecasts.
Analyze large data sets to determine reorder points, safety stock levels, and purchasing recommendations.
Track and report on unit costs and variances for weekly leadership updates.
Collaborate with Inventory, Warehousing, and Operations to optimize capacity planning.
Support pricing decisions and business cases with margin and breakeven analysis.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and special projects.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
~2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in distribution or supply chain environments.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Python, or Power BI a plus.
