MAJOR FUNCTION:
This associate will be primarily responsible for troubleshooting equipment failures, electro-mechanical repairs, and on-going equipment preventative maintenance. Additional responsibilities to include light tooling fabrication, and facility maintenance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1: Performing equipment preventative maintenance and electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair/installation including but not limited to: air-line repairs, hydraulic repairs, removal and rebuild of components, electrical wiring and replacement, belt changes, welding broken parts, etc.
2: Familiarity with PLCs and VFDs preferred but not required.
3: Light to moderate fabrication of machine parts/tooling as needed.
4: Facilities maintenance.
5: Record all PM activities, repairs, and setups in PLEX (computer system).
6: Attend company sponsored trainings and outside educational opportunities as assigned and approved by management.
7: Work as a TEAM with fellow associates.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
1: High School diploma or GED
2: Vocational training/Associates degree or finished Apprenticeship preferred, but not required.
4: Able to troubleshoot/work with electro-mechanical systems and equipment.
5: Able to use a multi-meter effectively.
First shift, M-F 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
