What You’ll Do:
• Lead with heart and skill by managing residential services and mentoring your team.
• Supervise our Supported Living (SL) team members and inspire excellent service delivery.
• Be the go-to in emergencies with a CF-issued on-call phone.
• Ensure individual files are regulatory compliant and up-to-date.
• Keep our team in the know and on the right side of HIPAA and other confidentiality protocols.
• Represent CF at crucial client interviews, Individualized Service Plan (ISP) meetings, and provider meetings.
• Guarantee staff follow through on individualized service plans and provide services that exceed expectations.
• Foster communication and coordination with county boards, interdisciplinary teams, service professionals, and families.
• Tackle performance challenges with professionalism by initiating and participating in disciplinary processes.
• Contribute to our quality assurance and service delivery oversight, ensuring top-notch standards.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with state, federal laws, and trends in the field.
• Conduct impactful training sessions and collaborate across departments to keep everything running smoothly.
• Model the highest level of professionalism and service delivery, setting the bar high.
• Ensure timely reporting and thorough follow-up for all Major Unusual Incidents (MUIs).
• Handle on-call responsibilities with reliability and care.
What You Bring:
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the Developmental Disabilities (DD) field.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of current automobile insurance.
• An Ohio BMV driving record with no more than 5 points.
• Satisfactory criminal background check.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Exceptional communication skills to connect effectively with the individuals we serve.
• A passion for making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities.
