Ideal Residential Landscape Design-Build Manager candidates will have experience managing landscape design-build teams and possess a valid driver's license with a clean DMV record. If you do not have hands on experience, we can train you.
The residential landscape Design-Build managers primary responsibilities include :
- Leading, managing, and working with crews on Landscape Projects
- Uphold positive relationships with customers & crew
- Make sure job quality is maintained
- Training & Safety
- Look at labor hours on a job and be attentive to job progress
- Manage a job site for maximum efficiency

Candidates for the Landscape Design-Build Manager role should possess the following qualities :
Daily Routine
Start at 7 am
A bit of socializing mixed with discussion of work objectives, analysis of yesterdays mistakes or challenges & training.
Load and review load list before leaving
Arrive at job site and get to work
Around 12pm, lunch
Get back to work
Around 4 (your call), wrap up for the day, return to shop.
Record the days hours and any notable activities for the sake of job tracking
With few exceptions, we do not work weekends. Most crew are getting 40-50 hours, we pay overtime.
