What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Foreman position at Creative Habitats Landscaping?
Job Description:
Lead residential landscape design-build teams and manage crews on projects. Uphold positive relationships with customers and crew, ensuring job quality is maintained. Train and ensure a safe work environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape design and management, be proficient in reading estimates and plans, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Daily Routine:
Start at 7 am with socializing and discussing work objectives. Review the load list before leaving for the job site.
Arrive at the job site, analyze yesterday's challenges, and train as needed. Take regular breaks, including lunch around 12 pm.
Return to the shop by 4 pm or earlier if necessary. Record daily hours and notable activities for job tracking.
