Creative Homes is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our high energy, growing team!
Senior Accountant Responsibilities:
- Book Closing Entries (End Home and Lot / Loan)
- WIP Analysis
- Month End Reports
- Bank Reconciliations
- Month End Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Assist in Annual Budget Preparation
- Escrow Billing
- Other Projects as Assigned
Requirements
Qualification Requirements:
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and work well within a team. Job requires excellent verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Must have the attitude and ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and be able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with an energetic, professional, and positive demeanor.
Education and/or Experience:
- BA/BS in Accounting preferred
- 4 year of experience
- Strong Accounting and Financial Acumen
- Excel proficiency
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to lead and participate in meetings
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Ability to interact with and support other team members
- Construction Experience preferred
