Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Marketing and Event Assistant to support our event planning team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating various aspects of events to ensure their success.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the event planning team
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, including posting content and engaging with followers
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and attendees
- Manage President of Creative Impact Group's professional and personal appointments and scheduling
- Call and email on behalf of Creative Impact Group's President
- Write copy for marketing materials, such as blog posts, social media posts, flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Assist in creating event materials such as invitations and programs
- Maintain password database and lead list database
Skills
- Experience as a personal assistant or in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Knowledge of administrative tasks and organizational skills
- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
- Background in digital marketing and social media marketing
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.33 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
