Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze current scheduling and timekeeping practices to identify and implement improvements.
• Develop and execute training plans, including quick start guides, videos, and job aids.
• Design engaging communications and educational materials tailored to various user roles.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions to gather requirements, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
• Create process documentation, training materials, and system-based guides using tools like Camtasia and Adobe Captivate.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth organizational transitions and employee engagement.

Minimum Qualification

• 5 years of content development experience with applications, tools, and business processes.
• Proficiency in creating training materials using multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
• Strong organizational design, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Expertise in process analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with tools like Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of timekeeping and scheduling systems is a plus, especially Pro WFM (Dimensions).

Preferred Qualification

• Familiarity with payroll practices.
• Demonstrated experience in organizational change and employee engagement strategies.
