We are looking for an IT Junior Cybersecurity Technician who wants to help support the systems and security for small businesses. We are looking for someone who likes being part of a small laid back group excited to build something from the ground up.
This is a fast paced role where you get to have personal relationships with coworkers and clients. Working with multiple clients helping verify systems are setup properly and taking care of alerts when systems are not running correctly.
This role will include:
- Monitoring Security alerts from our clients
- Correcting automated alerts from our systems and softwares
- Monitoring client Backups to verify they are running properly and addressing issues when they are not.
- Monitoring client Security Tools to verify they are running properly and addressing issues when they are not.
- Monitoring client hardware alerts to address issues that arise.
- The ability to learn specific systems and processes and refer to documentation
Job Requirements:
- The desire to solve problems and resolve issues
- An extreme attention to detail
- Experiencing with Windows OS 10, 11
- Experience with macOS
- The ability to learn on the fly
- Basic Experience with remote management solutions
- A desire to help people
