Company Description
Creative Kids Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Student Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). This position is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to gain hands-on experience, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We offer full-time or part-time positions with flexible scheduling to support ongoing education.

Role Description
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients with developmental needs, following treatment protocols with a focus on positive skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Collect accurate data and document session progress in accordance with BACB standards.
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by the supervising BCBA.
- Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure optimal client outcomes.
- Conduct Behavioral Assessments: Assess client needs and evaluate progress through direct observations and data collection.
- Treatment Plan Development: Write and modify treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising BCBA to meet client goals.
- Parent Training: Lead parent training sessions to educate and empower families in the implementation of ABA strategies.
- Staff Training: Assist with training staff on implementing treatment protocols and data collection.
- Behavior Analytic Research: Engage in research to stay updated on best practices and integrate evidence-based methods into treatment approaches.
All work performed by Student Analysts is supervised by a BCBA, ensuring a strong foundation in ethical and effective behavior analysis practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program with BCaBA coursework or a Master's program with BCBA coursework.
- Certification: RBT certification is preferred, though not required. If you are not yet an RBT, we provide support and resources to help you through the certification process.
- Strong communication and writing abilities.
- A desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and adapt to client needs.
