Summary
We are seeking a Crew Manager to join our dynamic team at Creative Lawn & Landscapes Inc. This role is essential for overseeing our landscaping crews, ensuring high-quality service delivery while fostering a positive work environment. The Crew Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for excellence as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscaping crews to ensure efficient operations.
- Train crew members on proper techniques for lawn care, irrigation, and landscape maintenance.
- Manage project timelines and ensure quality standards are met consistently.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain safety and quality control.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscaping or lawn care management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance practices.
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and crew members.
- A&E Citification is a plus
- Snow removal experience a plus.
- DOT health card reuired
- Valid drivers license and drive truck with trailer
