We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Closer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with children in a classroom or daycare setting, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Manage classroom dynamics, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
- Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the day.
- Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Administer first aid when necessary, ensuring that all health protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with other staff members to support students with disabilities or special education needs.
- Document incidents, observations, and progress reports as required.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in various capacities such as daycare, nannying, or educational settings is preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain an organized and effective learning environment.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies.
- Experience working with students with disabilities or special education needs is highly desirable.
- Ability to create engaging activities tailored to the developmental stages of toddlers and young children.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
