Office Assistant Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and computer literacy. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent service to our families. Duties include performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, document management, answering phones and supporting teaching staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year office experience required
- Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
- High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
- Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification.
- Must clear full background check and must pass health screening.
- Must have the ability to handle the physical demands of working in childcare, including but not limited to standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, bending, and lifting.
- Must have the ability to work in an environment that is often loud and bright.
Position reports to: Center Director
