Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated VPK Preschool Teacher to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor children's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Facilitate early intervention strategies for children who may need additional support.
- Promote literacy education through engaging storytelling, reading activities, and phonics instruction.
- Organize physical education activities that encourage motor skill development and physical fitness.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning at home.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Skills

- Experience in classroom management and creating engaging learning environments.
- Knowledge of standardized testing procedures as they apply to early childhood education.
