GENERAL:
Creative Management Technology seeks Maintenance Workers to support field activities and equipment for routine maintenance services on non-interstate roadways for the Florida Department of Transportation in Brevard and Orange counties.
The projects include all labor, tools, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to perform routine maintenance and repair activities associated with roadway infrastructure, drainage infrastructure, roadside vegetation and aesthetics, traffic services, and emergency response.
CMTI AREA MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for managing and operating one section or area within a Highway Maintenance Contract, including the safety of any subordinate staff, subcontractors, traveling public adjoining residents, and businesses. Area Managers work closely with the project team to ensure that work is performed efficiently, of sufficient quality, and promptly.
The Area Manager must develop, implement, and manage quality control systems to ensure consistent production goals.
