Duties
- Design and implement personalized fitness programs based on individual client assessments and goals.
- Lead dynamic group fitness classes, ensuring participants are engaged and motivated throughout the session.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, safety protocols, and nutrition basics.
- Provide personal training sessions that focus on strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, and overall wellness.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and research to enhance program offerings.
- Foster a positive gym environment that encourages community engagement and support among members.
- Promote fitness programs through effective sales strategies to attract new clients.

Experience
- Previous experience in program design, personal training, or group fitness instruction is preferred.
- Knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology to ensure safe and effective workouts.
- Background in dance or sports coaching is a plus for those leading specialized classes.
- Familiarity with cycle classes or other group fitness formats is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.94 - $23.86 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
