We are seeking an accounts receivable manager to join our team!
As our accounts receivable manager, you will be responsible for leading our accounts receivable team by overseeing day-to-day operations and metrics.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts receivable division
- Ensure accurate and timely application of payments to customer accounts
- Oversee the reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or unapplied cash
- Collaborate with accounting and collections to ensure alignment with monthly close requirements
- Monitor team performance, and provide ongoing training and development for all team members
- Enforce all policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable and/or bookkeeping
- Skilled at creative problem-solving and critical analysis
- A thorough understanding of payment processing and cash application procedures
- Outstanding organizational efficiency with acute attention to detail
- Strong leadership and time management skills
- Eagerness to learn and apply new techniques and technologies
- Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability on the job
- Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting and courteously interacting with a variety of personalities
- Availability to work all day Monday through Friday with the occasional weekend (as needed to meet department deadlines)
- Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, understanding, and speaking
- Capability to pass a background check
