The Fleet Mechanic Apprentice will learn how to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on our company's fleet of motor vehicles.
Job Description:
- Perform repair work on vehicles such as breakdowns, malfunctions, and emergency repairs in a safe and efficient way
- Perform required inspections and preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment to maximize safety and quality
- Troubleshoot vehicle and engine malfunctions
- Ensure compliance with government rules and regulations
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Job Requirements:
- Must provide necessary tools/equipment
- Must be at least 21 years old (for insurance purposes)
- Must possess a valid driver's license in the working state
- Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English
- Must be able to move and/or lift at least 60 lbs with ease
- Must be able to stand and/or kneel for extended periods of time
- Must pass pre-employment background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening
- Prior relevant experience is preferred
