We are seeking enthusiastic resurfacing apprentices to join our team!
As one of our resurfacing apprentices, you will learn all aspects of resurfacing and refinishing, including bathtubs, countertops, and cabinets.

What Skills You’ll Learn:
- Refinishing a variety of surfaces including bathtubs, countertops, and cabinets
- Preparing all surfaces with keen attention to detail
- Upholding and complying with quality, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
- Fostering and building lasting relationships with customers through outstanding service
- Documenting all quotes, invoices, and work performed with in-depth precision
- Communicating professionally and conscientiously in all customer and team interactions
What You'll Need:
- A passion to start a career in resurfacing!
- Skilled at creative problem-solving and critical analysis
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on active listening
- Eagerness to learn and apply new resurfacing knowledge
- Friendly demeanor with a positive go-getter personality
- Self-starter mentality with great time management skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability in the field
- Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting and courteously interacting with a variety of personalities
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Availability to work all day Monday through Friday with the occasional weekend
- Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, understanding, and speaking
- Ability to perform all necessary physical aspects of the job, including, but not limited to, lifting, moving, pushing, pulling, and carrying at least 60 pounds; standing, kneeling, and crawling for extending periods of time; and working in a variety of environments including from heights and within tight spaces. This also includes the ability to pass pulmonary function, respirator medical clearance, and respirator fit exams annually.
- At least 21 years of age (for insurance purposes)
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience and satisfactory driving record
- Capability to pass background check and drug screening
