We are seeking a creative and results-driven Graphic Design Lead (Growth) to join our team. In this role, you will craft high-quality, compelling content tailored for performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid social, search, and display. This position offers a unique opportunity to merge your creative expertise with data-driven strategies to help scale our health & wellness supplement brand in both eCommerce and B2B markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging ad creatives, including video, graphic, and copy assets that drives conversation across different paid social and search channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Create ad concepts that target different stages of the funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion) and audience segments.
- Work with influencers and UGC creators to source authentic, on-brand content that resonates with audiences and drives conversions.
- Analyze the performance of content across channels and make data-informed adjustments to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences.
- Test and iterate on content ideas to identify top-performing formats and messaging.
- Support the development of storytelling strategies that resonate with both B2B and consumer audiences.
Skills & Qualifications:
