Senior Product Manager, Growth

They're looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to help them expand to new lines of business and increase patient onboarding.
The Role
As Senior Growth PM, your focus will be tactical execution, which will include rapidly launching, testing, and scaling high-impact experiments across multiple growth funnels. You'll work end-to-end, from identifying conversion bottlenecks to deploying new funnel optimizations in collaboration with design and engineering.
This is a high-ownership role where speed and precision matter. You should have experience overhauling entire user journeys, launching new acquisition funnels, and structuring high-impact experiments across multiple brands.
What You'll Do
- Own and optimize pre-checkout conversion funnels across multiple high-growth brands (weight loss, testosterone therapy, sleep apnea, and future healthcare verticals).
- Run high-velocity experiments, testing funnels, landing pages, pricing models, checkout flows, and acquisition journeys.
- Ship constantly and work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and analytics to deploy, test, and iterate on multiple experiments weekly.
- Leverage deep data insights to diagnose funnel drop-off points and systematically improve CAC / LTV efficiency.
- Work with external business partners to design and optimize bespoke, high-converting acquisition funnels for varying levels of traffic intent.
- Drive measurable revenue impact by partnering with leadership on offer structures, pricing models, and checkout flows that maximize conversion.
- Establish scalable playbooks to optimize user acquisition strategies across multiple healthcare categories.
