Location: New York, NY (Hybrid, 3 days in-office)

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Attraction:
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, database, direct outreach) to identify top talent.
- Implement creative strategies to attract and engage high-quality candidates.
Screening & Interviewing:
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Engage candidates with a ‘human-first’ approach, prioritizing long-term relationships over short-term placements.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
- Provide a high-touch experience, promptly responding to clients via email, Slack, or text.
- Conduct in-person client meetings, including weekly check-ins, pitches, and networking events.
- Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, ensuring seamless communication.
Business Development:
- Pursue new client opportunities through daily lead generation efforts.
- Maximize candidate opportunities by proactively matching them with multiple roles.
- Stay ahead of market trends to offer strategic hiring insights to clients.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
- Provide clients with relevant market intelligence to guide their hiring strategies.
Candidate Experience Management:
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback and manage candidate expectations.
- Meet candidates in person when possible to deepen relationships.
Networking & Community Engagement:
- Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Establish a strong personal brand on LinkedIn and become a known expert in the field.
Administrative & Compliance Tasks:
- Accurately input and maintain candidate and client information in the internal CRM/ATS.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with recruiters, account managers, and the marketing team to achieve hiring goals.
- Share insights and best practices to improve team-wide recruitment strategies.
- Participate in a collaborative and high-energy office environment three days a week.
Offer Management & Negotiation:
- Facilitate offer negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring alignment for both parties.
Performance Metrics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment performance using CRM/ATS data.
- Identify areas for process improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.
Skills & Competencies:
Recruiting Expertise:
- Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications, portfolios, and resumes.
- Deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and 360-degree recruitment approach.
Communication & Relationship Management:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
Analytical & Organizational Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and recruitment metrics.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Negotiation & Offer Management:
- Skilled in salary negotiation and employment offer structuring.
- Ability to navigate delicate conversations with professionalism and tact.
Technical Proficiency:
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media (LinkedIn, industry forums) for talent sourcing.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Strong base & uncapped commission. First-year OTE = over $160,000
