The Position
As a Senior Designer, you will:
- Lead design for their core weight loss digital experience
- Create brand-new telehealth funnels for new verticals including TRT, sleep apnea, and blood testing
- Optimize landing pages and patient touchpoints to build trust and increase conversion rates
- Design multiple variants for CRO experimentation in collaboration with product and growth teams
- Develop scalable assets for rapid implementation across multiple brands
- Maintain cohesive multi-brand identities while ensuring premium user experiences
- Build and maintain Figma component libraries and design systems
- Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of experience in CRO-driven digital product design, UX/UI, or conversion-focused brand design
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-converting UX/UI and performance-driven optimization
- Experience with consumer health, wellness, or women-focused brands (preferred)
- Deep understanding of user behavior and decision-making psychology
- Proficiency in Figma (including component libraries and design systems) and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively with engineering teams
- Skills in designing for both optimization and expansion of brands
- Fast-moving, results-driven approach suited to high-growth environments
Salary : $170,000 - $185,000
