We are working with a food & beverage startup on a mission to bring fresh, sustainable grocery delivery to communities across the US. Their business started in the UK and recently launched in the US, currently serving communities across the East Coast.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager based in Boston, MA. This Product Manager will be the first product hire in the US, responsible for the US product roadmap and driving growth, retention, and love for the brand. The role involves working closely with the CEO and founders and collaborating with cross-functional teams in both the US and UK.
Qualifications
• 4 years of product management in fast-paced, consumer-focused environments.
• A track record of launching and scaling successful products.
• Equal parts visionary and hands-on—strategy to execution with ease.
• Data-driven decision-making and comfort with experimentation.
• Experience working with remote teams across time zones in the UK.
• Strong collaborator with engineering, design, growth, and ops.
