Position Overview: The Client Account Trainee will assist in managing client accounts, helping to develop and implement strategic marketing plans, and supporting the team in executing campaigns. This entry-level role offers exposure to multiple facets of client relations, account management, and direct marketing techniques. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about marketing and sales, a quick learner, and eager to contribute to building impactful campaigns for clients in diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the execution of marketing and sales campaigns, including direct marketing and promotional sales activities.
- Participate in customer outreach and enrollment
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns, collect data, and provide insights to improve results.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates, address inquiries, and ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including design, creative, and marketing, to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
- Keep track of industry trends and competitor activity to help refine marketing approaches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, especially direct marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A keen interest in branding, marketing, and client services.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the marketing industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.74 - $25.43 per hour
