We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Frontier Customer Account Associate to join our devoted San Bernardino based team. As a Frontier Customer Account Associate, you will focus on promoting Frontier’s products and services to select members of the community. You will play a key role in developing strong, lasting relationships with clients, driving sales, and delivering outstanding results for our clients.
As we rapidly expand in the new year our Frontier Customer Account Associate, will focus on identifying opportunities, engaging potential clients, and ensuring their needs are met in a timely, professional, and proactive manner. Your contributions will be critical to maintaining high client satisfaction and supporting our expansive business goals.
Frontier Customer Account Associate Responsibilities:
- Lead customer outreach initiatives, engaging with prospective customers in the community and facilitating the enrollment of new or existing customers into Frontier products and services. .
- Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with both our clients and customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Engage with new customers by providing them with up to date information on the latest products and services from Frontier.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience and maximize business growth.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our client’s products and services to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
- Collaborate with fellow Frontier Customer Account Associates to ensure smooth service delivery and promptly address client concerns or inquiries.
- Drive the business by contributing to sales goals, identifying new opportunities, and executing targeted outreach strategies.
Frontier Customer Account Associate Requirements:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and manage relationships effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about driving sales results.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, or account management, ideally in a client facing capacity.

Pay: $700.00 - $1,300.00 per week
