Sale Assistant - Entry Level

Are you outgoing, energetic, and eager to grow? Creative Perspectives is looking for a motivated Entry-Level Sales Assistant to become part of our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging with customers, supporting sales campaigns, and delivering an exceptional experience. No prior experience is needed—we just ask for a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to think on your feet!

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers with the goal of introducing them to new products and services.
• Introduce consumers to our clients products and services.
• Confidently explain any and all features, benefits, and value of our clients product and service.
• Answer questions and provide additional information to close the sale.
• Tailor each sales presentation to the customer and adapt your presentations based on the needs or preferences of each individual customer.
• Engaging customers in a way that leads to them making a purchase or committing to the service offered.
• Attend training sessions to stay informed and knowledgeable about the products you’ll be selling.
• Communicate effectively with both customers and fellow team members in a friendly, solution-oriented way.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 0-2 years of sales, hospitality, retail, or other related entry-level experience.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Open-Mindedness: Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
