About the Company - Our client, a leading provider in the used auto parts industry, is looking for an experienced sales professional to join their growing team. This fully remote role offers an uncapped commission structure and a chance to work with high-demand auto parts in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities
- Sell used auto parts to new and existing customers
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into profitable sales
- Work with Pinnacle or Hollander to look up parts and manage customer accounts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
- Balance brokered and in-stock sales to optimize profitability
Qualifications— A minimum of five years of experience in used auto parts sales, preferably with Pinnacle or Hollander, is required. A proven track record in commission-based sales is also required. The candidate must be self-motivated and disciplined and able to work independently in a remote setting. Reliable high-speed internet access is also required, preferably Fiber or Starlink. The candidate must also have strong listening, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Pay range and compensation package - 100 percent commission-based earnings, with top performers earning over six figures. Commission paid on total sales. Health, dental, and 401k benefits. Life insurance is provided at no cost. You will earn paid time off of 1 with the ability to carry over. This can be a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates near Rockville, Minnesota.
