Job Description
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our growing team. This fully remote role offers an uncapped commission structure and the opportunity to work with high-demand auto parts in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Responsibilities: Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and account management
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a positive experience for clients
- Ability to build relationships with clients and establish trust
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the recycles preferred automotive industry or related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, related field, or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with phones & computers is required
- Typing at 60 words per minute or plus is required
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to close sales at a very high level
- Ability to build and maintain long term relationships with customers
