Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Work closely with both warehouses to streamline operations and ensure efficiency.
• Conduct lead time inquiries to optimize procurement and delivery schedules. 
• Create transfer orders to facilitate efficient inventory movement. 
• Send vendor purchase orders (POs) and maintain proactive communication with vendors.
• Handle weekly warehouse orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Work closely with accounting on financial queries related to supply chain operations.
• Oversee Importer Security Filing (ISF) processes to ensure compliance. 
• Drive NetSuite marketing and warehouse optimization projects for enhanced efficiency.
• As needed, enter part numbers and maintain accurate product records. 
• Conduct quality control (QC) clean-up to ensure data accuracy.
• Process change and merge requests in collaboration with relevant teams. 
• Address NetSuite-related order entries and work order questions.
• With the Supply Chain team, handle Rossum (AI Tool) entry and verification for data accuracy. 
• As needed, approve orders and make necessary inventory adjustments.
• Up to 25% travel 

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Supply Chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, positivity, and excellence. 
• Create and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve workflows and consistency.
• Attend weekly Manager meetings to provide updates on product levels, inventory levels, and raw material updates. 
• Approve timecards, conduct one-on-ones with team members, and perform other basic leadership tasks as needed. 
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members.
• Collaborate across departments and locations as needed to meet company goals and objectives.
• Act as a back-up for Supply Chain team responsibilities such as processing web orders, managing RMAs, monitoring the team email, and confirming/providing updates on internal order requests.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business administration or something similar is strongly preferred.
• Familiar with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• 5 years of previous purchasing or supply chain experience.
• 2 - 3 years of previous leadership or management experience.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Effective communicator, both written and verbally in English.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and organize multiple tasks or projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience creating and maintaining company-specific SOPs.
• Able to work and collaborate with other departments as needed. 

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Ability to sit or stand in a stationary position for long periods; occasionally move around the office and warehouse, reach into cabinets/drawers; ability to lift 10 - 15 lbs. 
• Standard office environment with fluorescent lighting, regular interruptions, and a regular noise level.
