Creative Security, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in providing comprehensive security services, including both physical security and advanced alarm technology solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with a focus on managing complex solutions and strategic account management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales strategy, managing sales quotas, mentoring the sales team, and supporting field leadership in customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Mentor and coach sales teams, supporting enterprise, strategic, and commercial customer activities to ensure sales targets are met.
- Collaborate with the senior management to implement and optimize sales tools, training programs, and best practices.
- Develop and provide strategic direction to help the company achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales quotas and targets.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior management.
- Continuously assess and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and team productivity.
Sales Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with sales team members to track performance, provide coaching, and offer professional development opportunities.
- Set clear sales performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Organize and conduct team meetings, sales training, and workshops to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
- Foster a positive, results-oriented team culture, encouraging collaboration and a high level of accountability.
- Manage marketing programs and plans
- Manage lead generation creation, management, and closures
- Manage and report within sales software programs
Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead biweekly cross-functional team meetings to align sales strategies with company objectives and ensure efficient delivery of services to customers.
- Foster clear communication and collaboration between the guard services team, technology solutions teams, senior leadership and customers to achieve strategic goals.
- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and help manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of security solutions.
Customer & Market Insights:
- Develop a deep understanding of the market, industry trends, and customer needs to help the sales team stay competitive and informed.
- Assist in identifying new market opportunities, including potential customers, industries, and geographic areas.
- Support the team in navigating complex customer relationships and ensuring alignment between customer needs and the company’s offerings.
Customer Focus & Account Management:
- Support the sales team in managing long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and continued business growth.
- Collaborate with field leadership to ensure the highest level of customer service and ongoing support.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Associate’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field of study; OR a High School diploma with a minimum of 10 years of technical sales experience in a related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 7 years of sales experience in a related field, specifically selling in the field
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and driving successful sales strategies.
- Exceptional knowledge of complex sales processes and strategic account management.
- Ability to manage high-value, complex proposals and lead strategic selling efforts.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving abilities to oversee large, complex sales initiatives.

Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license if required to drive a company or personal vehicle for client visits or business-related events.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- This position may require occasional travel within the region for client meetings, networking events, and other business-related activities. This visit will include walking jobsites for an extended period.

Compensation:
$180-$220k Salary
Plus performance bonus program.
