We are seeking a motivated and hardworking General Laborer/Fabrication Assistant to join our sign manufacturing team in Green Bay, WI. The ideal candidate will have experience using hand and power tools and will preferably have experience building shipping crates. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly and production of signs, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently for various tasks.
- Prepare materials for production, including cutting, sanding, and drilling.
- Construct and assemble shipping crates for transporting finished signs.
- Load and unload materials and products as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to workplace safety standards.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Experience using hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, sanders, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor tasks.
- Preferred:
- Experience building shipping crates or similar woodworking tasks.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes or experience in a related industry.
