The ability to attend work regularly and promptly, cooperate with sta professionally, eectively multi-task and work in stressful environments are essential to successfully fulll the functions of this position. This job requires driving between multiple facilities within an assigned Area. Must be able to pass fleet training and have clean driving record.

KNOWLEDGE BASE
· Health Information Management experience
· Basic clerical/oce function skills
· Communication skills. Must be able to communicate with management in facilities and corporate offices with professionalism.
· Ability to read and write in English.
· Must be organized and possess the ability to train others to systematically organize facility medical records in compliance with company, state, and federal regulations, in maintaining accessibility to other departments within company.
· Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to adequately complete facility reports to report ndings from visits/audits with Administrator and Department Supervisor.
· Must be detail oriented to complete chart audits as assigned to ensure medical records are complete and orderly.
· Must possess the ability to train a vast variety of learning styles in a professional manner.
· Must understand par levels and budget management.
· Review and approve nursing supply orders for your assigned facilities.
· Review and approve rental equipment for your assigned facilities.
· Ability to complete compliance rounds within central supply areas at assigned locations to ensure organization, no excessive overstock, and no expired supplies.
· Ability to validate facility reports to identify areas of additional training needs.
· Ensure that facility MR/CS sta are adequately trained on our systems.
· Maintain MR/CS compliance for your home facility while supporting assigned facilities.
