The Regional Director of Business Development Specialist will provide sales and marketing for Creative Solutions in Healthcare to support us to impact sales and contribute to the goals and occupancy goal of 100% for assigned facilities.
The Regional Director of Business Development will assist with a number of assigned facilities, traveling as needed.
This Area is Texas base (North Dallas).

Responsibilities :
- The Regional Director of Business Development is a field-based position that specializes in assisting our facilities and their marketing teams to increase census.
- Provide coaching to Marketing teams to drive sales excellence.
- This position has a variety of duties and responsibilities to facilitate effective and efficient sales efforts at each community in order to increase occupancy.
- Participates in planning and developing the Area’s hospital’s strategic, operational, service designs and other organizational plans and policies to achieve the mission and vision of the Region and hospitals.
- Collaborates with VP of Business Development, and Divisional Director of Business Development to advance the strategies across the Area.
