We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Customer Service Representative / Sales Rep in the Kitchen and Bath field (construction knowledge a plus)with at least 2 years experience to join our team. We are a kitchen cabinet/ countertop showroom. The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing clear and concise information to resolve their issues.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize a computer system to process orders, manage inventory, and maintain customer records.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and to proactively address any issues.
- Utilize sales skills to promote products and services to customers and to meet sales targets.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and use a friendly and courteous tone when interacting with customers.
- Work in a fast-paced call center environment, handling multiple customer interactions at once.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company promotions and offerings.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and to improve overall customer service.

Skills

-Knowledge of Quick Books a plus

-Knowledge of kitchen cabinets & countertops

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a call center environment.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills.
- Proven sales skills and experience working in a sales capacity.
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to effectively communicate via phone.
- Experience with outbound calling and the ability to make proactive calls to customers.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Salary will be based on your performance during our training period. Paid training. Training and probation period is usually 1 week
