We are seeking two Regional Sign Service Technicians to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead installations and removals of electronic signs and components
• Troubleshoot field issues
• Complete installation and service tracking reports
• Effectively communicate with customers and casino personnel
• Review and follow installation, removal and packing instructions
• Load and unload trucks in warehouse and at casinos
• Manage and deliver local sign inventory and parts
• Repair and maintain signs returned to warehouse
• Organize and manage warehouse
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands

The role of Regional Sign Service Technician is physically demanding and requires candidates to meet the following bona fide requirements:

• Regularly required to talk or hear.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with arms.
• Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 20 lbs and occasionally lift and move up to 75 lbs.
• Capability to work in various physical positions, including sitting, standing, bending, crouching, and working at heights.
• Specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Requirements

• Residency in Clark County, NV.
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in interior sign service including install, removal, repairs, and troubleshooting on site and remotely.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting basic AC and DC electrical circuits.
• Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Valid driver’s license required. A Motor Vehicle Record "MVR" check, will also be required.
• Forklift operation experience and ability to obtain a DOT Health Card within 15 days of start date (company-paid).
• Flexibility for night, weekend, and short-notice work as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate vehicles ranging from pick-up to 26’ Straight Truck
• Ability to pass pre-employment and gaming license background checks.
• Detail oriented and organized person – multi tasking is a must.
• Must be receptive to direct instructions but still be an independent & creative thinker.
