- Greet customers and vendors
- Manage incoming calls
- Accounts payable data entry
- Matching invoices and receiving documents
- Other duties as assigned
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of general accounting practices
- 2 years of experience in similar position a plus
- Detail oriented person
- Organized – multi tasking a must
- Ability to work well with others
