Schedule: Monday-Friday = 40 hours, occasional on call
Pay rate: $22/hour-$24/hour

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Responsible for maintenance work of Creative Works’ properties which varies based on needs. Duties will include: painting, basic carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Under direction of Director of Facilities and Safety, perform maintenance work at Creative Works’ property locations.
Build walls, install doors, install appliances, remodeling.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Industrial and residential maintenance.
Implement all safety procedures and policies daily.
Immediately report all safety concerns, hazards, or violations to immediate supervisor or Senior Human Resources Director.
Occasionally help build furniture in production setting.
Demonstrate open communication with other employees to ensure maximum efficiency.
Snow blowing, plowing, basic grounds work.
Assist in all areas of maintenance as assigned.
PHYSICAL WORK TOLERANCES:
Ability to do standing/sedentary tasks for long periods of time.
Ability to perform range of motion tasks, including, but not limited to: reaching, bending, stretching, stooping, and lifting.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (all personnel are trained in correct lifting procedures)
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma
Valid US Driver’s License.
Satisfactory driving record per agency’s insurance company standards.
Ability to speak, read and write in English.
