- Must have Active FL Director Credential.
- 2 years of experience in childcare industry

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of age-appropriate curricula that meet educational standards.
- Collaborate with families to foster strong relationships and support children's learning at home.
- Engage in strategic planning to enhance program quality and expand educational offerings.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Provide leadership in creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students.
Skills
- Strong background in curriculum development tailored for early childhood education.
- Proven experience working with students in an educational setting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Knowledge of education administration principles and practices.
