Team Leads at Creative World School are members of our leadership team who coach and mentor our childcare/preschool teachers, work alongside the Director on appropriate staff scheduling, complete observations of classrooms and provide feedback, support our families and get excited about watching teachers grow!

Team Lead Requirements:
- Bachelors/Associates degree (preferred)
- 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting
- Undergo required background checks and screenings
- Meet the state licensing requirements for a teacher
- Ability to routinely lift up to 40 pounds and sustain hours of active work such as bending, standing or walking.
Salary : $15 - $17
