Creative X Entertainment is expanding its content division, and we’re looking for a Digital Content Producer to lead the charge. This isn’t just about filming and editing—it’s about shaping the future of our brand through powerful storytelling. You’ll be producing, filming, and editing content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and beyond, while also developing and executing social strategies to amplify engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of the Studio division at Creative X Entertainment, the Digital Content Producer will work closely with one or both co-founders to create, coordinate, and execute content across YouTube and various social media platforms. This position requires a hybrid between a strategic and creative mindset, as the Digital Content Producer will analyze video and asset performance, using data to inform content decisions and optimize engagement. They will be instrumental in implementing adjustments to maximize content impact.
CXE Studios is actively developing an exciting new show, set to launch in early 2025, blending documentary-style educational content with entertainment. This role is equal parts filmmaker, editor, social strategist, and storyteller. You'll play an integral part in creating compelling long-form and short-form video content that is intended to educate, inspire, and entertain audiences.
This role is highly collaborative, requiring a creative visionary with the technical chops to bring ideas to life and the strategic mindset to ensure they perform.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production:
- Film, edit, and produce high-quality content across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.).
- Lead documentary-style filming 5 days a week, including business meetings, studio shoots, interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Set up studio shoots (lighting, framing, audio) and capture high-quality footage.
- Shoot and edit both long-form and short-form content for various channels.
- Ask engaging and thought-provoking questions during filming to spark authentic conversations.
Content Strategy & Social Media Execution:
- Develop and execute a content strategy to increase visibility and audience growth.
- Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing across all platforms.
- Monitor social trends and integrate emerging content formats into our strategy.
- Track engagement and audience insights, adjusting strategies based on performance.
- Optimize video content for discoverability, including YouTube SEO and thumbnail design.
Guest & Production Coordination:
- Manage guest coordination for content shoots and interviews.
- Oversee content pipeline and workflows, ensuring assets are delivered on schedule.
- Work closely with the executive team to align content with business objectives.
Organization & Asset Management:
- Ensure all footage is promptly uploaded and organized in Google Drive, Dropbox, and Asana.
- Maintain an archive of reusable assets and repurpose content across platforms.
Results We Expect:

- Fresh, compelling storylines are constantly brought to the table.
- Content is uploaded, organized, and readily accessible for publishing.

Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in content creation, videography, editing, and social media management.
- Film school background preferred, but real-world experience and a killer portfolio matter more.
- Proven experience growing a YouTube channel or social media brand as a videographer and strategist.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, audience behavior, and best practices.
- Strong storytelling skills with a documentary-style, reality TV, or vlog-style background.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other video editing software.
- Skilled in lighting, audio, and camera work for professional-quality production.
- Strong communication skills—both on-camera and off.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments where priorities shift rapidly.
- Ability to keep confidential information private due to proximity to leadership.
- Extreme attention to detail—you catch the little things that make a big difference.
- A “figure-it-out” attitude—if you don’t know how to do something, you find a way.
- Must be a pro at communication with extreme attention to detail, ability to ask questions when needed, natural conversationalist with the ability to present creative concepts in new ways and from new perspectives.

Editing & Post-Production Software:
- Adobe Premiere Pro (Industry-standard for video editing)

- Adobe After Effects (Motion graphics & visual effects)
Location - Miami, FL (some travel required)
Salary: TBD – Based on experience.
