About the Position
The Client Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the transition of client accounts to CreativeOne Securities management, providing training and support to advisors and their staff, and communicating transition status between departments.
This individual will assist in developing and implementing transition strategies, providing ongoing communication and support to advisors, and delivering exceptional customer service to advisors, vendors, and teammates.
- Assist in the development and implementation of transition strategies for advisors' assets.
- Provide ongoing communication and support to advisors during the transition process.
- Assist in day-to-day operations and client service tasks.
- Daily interactions with advisors, vendors, and teammates to provide exceptional customer service.
- Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions for advisors and their staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the transition of client accounts to CreativeOne Securities management.
- Train advisors and their staff on CreativeOne Securities systems and processes.
- Communicate transition status internally between operations and sales departments.
- Assist in day-to-day operations and client service tasks.
