PRIMARY TEA
This position is focused in the tea room and kitchen. Responsible for all daily tea room operations including; opening/closing, assisting customers, making and baking desserts, prepping and serving small bites, beverage service including tea, beer, and wine. Position includes weekday and weekend shifts Wednesday-Sunday.
Employees are trained as a Team Member before moving into a Primary position. No baking or pottery experience required, but must demonstrate the ability to manage self and learn the needed information immediately.
TEAM MEMBER
This position is focused in the studio and tea room. Responsible for all front of house daily operations including; hosting, bussing, serving, instructing, unpacking, restocking, and cleaning. Position includes weekday and weekend shifts Wednesday-Sunday.
COMPENSATION
- $18.66/hour to start
- Tip sharing - averages additional $3-$7/hour

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & AVAILABILITY:
- Extended time on feet; ability to move for up to 10 hours
- Frequent walking, climbing, carrying, bending, and lifting (up to 50 pounds)
- Ability to handle, place, and position fragile items
- Ability to go up and down stairs and ladders
- Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours a week including days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to work our busiest months, November and December, with minimal time off
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- 21 Primary/Keyholder positions
- Customer and/or food service experience
- Basic computer and math skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Food Worker Card and MAST certificate
