What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dance Instructor position at Creativities Studio?
Location: Concord, MA
Timeline: April - June
Must be available on weekday afternoons, specifically Thursdays 2:30 - 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to teach hip hop for ages 3-10 using pre-planned curriculum
- Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers and students.
- Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.
- Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide a fun and creative environment.
- Keep up to date in your discipline and implement any changes to the dance routines and curriculum as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous teaching experience required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Energetic, driven, creative, and dependable.
- Demonstrate patience and leadership skills.
- Valid Driver's License & car to drive to/from classes
Compensation & Benefits:
