Creativities Studio is seeking a part time Operations Coordinator for 25 hours per week. They should be well-organized, detail oriented, and comfortable with fast paced startup culture (willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges).
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 10:45 AM - 5 PM
Hybrid (2 days in person per week)
Location: Boston, MA or surrounding suburbs
Responsibilities
- Complete research projects and other special projects
- Calendar management and coordination
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
- Manage all logistical tasks for specific territory & instructors in that territory
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of experience in logistics & operations
- Proficient in Google Suite - Sheets, Docs, Slides
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
