Role Overview:
We’re looking for a high energy Social Media Content Creator to be the voice and visual storyteller behind the brand, crafting engaging content that captivates audiences and sparks conversations. Internally you will be known as the Ruler of Reels, Master of Memes, the Content Queen/King 👑who produces scroll-stopping videos across platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Create and publish engaging content (images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop and execute content calendars to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and post copy that align with brand voice.
- Film, edit, and optimize short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions as well Zendesk tickets submitted by creators through our platform
- Monitor trends, viral content, and social media algorithms to optimize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and influencers to enhance content quality.
- Develop and manage an ongoing newsletter that highlights valuable insights, trends, and opportunities for creators.
- Support industry events by creating promotional content, live coverage, and post-event recaps to maximize engagement and brand visibility.
- Track & report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions) and adjust strategy accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
- Strong skills in graphic design, photography, videography, and video editing.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or similar.
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital trends and pop culture.

Compensation Range:
We offer a starting salary of $50,000 - 60,000 CAD
Total compensation includes salary, bonus, benefits, and other perks
