The Sr. Account Executive plays a pivotal role in orchestrating, managing, and leading projects across our various brand partners to ensure the continued success and health of those accounts as well as serving as one of our key client facing thought leader within the business. This multifaceted position involves overseeing talent partnerships, coordinating campaigns, ensuring brand alignment, optimizing campaign performance, leading strategy development and execution with key stakeholders. Key responsibilities and qualifications from the provided entries include :
Strategy Client Relations :
- Driving ongoing strategic solutions beyond campaign success and leading discussions with larger teams and clients in a confident way (lead decision-making based on the big picture and client business priorities, KPIs and overarching client goals; driving discussion and feedback with client; leading own team to execute on any strategy shifts)
- Strong independent problem-solving skills, applying own skills and knowledge to enhance customer engagements
- Act as consult for planning strategy (such as : assessing timelines, deliverables, flagging any concerns or dependencies that may impact the campaign)
- Maintain constant communication with clients, providing updates, addressing queries, and ensuring campaign expectations are met.
- Provide comprehensive and timely updates to internal and external teams, handling status calls, and preparing reports.
- Proactively suggest new approaches, brainstorm innovative ideas, and stay updated on industry trends.

The salary range for this role is $80K - $85K, dependent on experience and geolocation. This role is great for a dynamic individual capable of multitasking, managing relationships, and delivering results-driven campaigns aligned with brand goals.
