We are focused on the delivery of facilities utilizing the Design, Manufacture, Construct (DMC) methodology. DMC replaces the century-old, siloed approach of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industry. A major component of our platform is our in-house Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing trades.

Job Description:

Creature is looking for Plumbing Apprentices who are eager to develop their skills and build a long-term career in the plumbing trade. The ideal candidate for this role is a hardworking, motivated individual who takes pride in their work, enjoys learning new skills, and is committed to excellence. As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced plumbers to gain hands-on experience while assisting with installations, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of commercial projects.

This is a traveling role, requiring frequent travel to job sites across different locations. Per diem payments and travel accommodations will be provided.

Role Expectations:

• Develop a strong foundation in plumbing systems, components, and installation techniques
• Work closely with experienced plumbing team members to learn best practices and industry standards
• Follow Creature's systems and processes to ensure high-quality work and safety compliance
• Assist in the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing systems under supervision
• Travel regularly to various job sites as needed, often working in different cities or states
• Participate in training programs and actively seek opportunities to expand knowledge and skills
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring all tools and materials are properly handled
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to take on new challenges
• Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and supervisors
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in learning the plumbing trade and a desire to advance within the industry
• Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to go through additional training and certification programs as required
• Basic understanding of hand tools and construction techniques is a plus
• Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and working in various environments
• Comfortable with extensive travel and working away from home for extended periods
• A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to professional growth
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license to travel to job sites as needed
