DMC replaces the century-old, siloed approach of the Architecture Engineering and Construction Industry. A major lever in our platform is our Project Management function.

Role Expectations:
- This is a traveling role and the right candidate will be able to travel freely wherever work becomes available.
- Perform a variety of skilled tasks in trades such as mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and masonry.
- Quickly adapt to different job requirements and work environments based on project needs.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety compliance on all job sites.
- Collaborate with other team members and project managers to ensure timely and successful project execution.
- Continuously enhance skills through company-provided training and personal development opportunities.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving construction-related issues as they arise.
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
- Certifications or formal training in multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
