Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
Credence has an immediate need for a Informatica Architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team supporting architecting, implementing and leading the team to implement Enterprise Data Management Products including PowerCenter. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide strategic direction, technical expertise, and ensure the solution meets the specific needs of the government. This position is based in Credence's corporate offices located in Tyson's Corner in McLean, VA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below, as outlined in the contract statement of work :
Lead the discovery sessions with customer and partners to understand requirements and challenges and architect solutions.
Education, Requirements and Qualifications
10 years of experience in enterprise data integration, specifically with Informatica PowerCenter and related Informatica tools.
Proven track record of leading and executing similar modernization efforts for Federal government systems or large-scale enterprise data platforms.
In-depth knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter components, including but not limited to Data Integration, Data Quality, and Metadata Manager.
Strong understanding of system architecture, data modeling, ETL processes, and integration strategies.
Experience in designing and implementing complex data workflows, data pipelines, and transformation logic.
Strong ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Informatica-based solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and solve complex technical challenges.
Up-to-date with the latest trends in data integration, governance, and Informatica technologies.
Strong communication skills with experience in interacting with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and clients.
Experience with implementing Informatica solutions in major cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or similar environments.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile development environment such as DevSecOps.
Experience implementing Informatica solutions in containerized architecture.
Knowledge of Federal government regulations and compliance standards related to data systems and security.
Certifications in Informatica (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud) are highly desirable.
